Prosecutor Demands Return of 65 Hectares of Land Due to Debts

The Kalush District Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit in the Economic Court of Ivano-Frankivsk region against LLC "Infinity Energy Advisors" demanding the recovery of nearly 129 thousand UAH in arrears for land rent, termination of the contract, and the return of a 65-hectare land plot to the Rozhnyatov community. In 2025, the Rozhnyatov Village Council leased the plot to the company for 35 years for the construction of energy-generating facilities. The rent in 2026 amounted to about 42.9 thousand UAH per month; however, the company failed to meet its payment obligations. The last payment was made in March 2026 and amounted to only 50 UAH, resulting in a debt of nearly 129 thousand UAH. The prosecutor's office notes that the Rozhnyatov Village Council has repeatedly sent claims, but they went unanswered. In the lawsuit, the prosecutor demands the full amount of the debt be recovered, the lease agreement be terminated, and the land returned to communal ownership.
