Hudbay Minerals Inc. was incorporated on January 16, 1996, under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) by Pan American Resources Inc. and Marvas Developments Ltd., and was subsequently renamed Pan American Resources Inc. Hudbay Minerals is an integrated mining company engaged in the production of copper concentrate containing copper, gold, and silver, as well as the refining of zinc metal.
